LiteRouter is an AI API gateway service that allows developers to access multiple AI models through a unified interface. LiteRouter is owned and operated by Eqlyx, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States, with its registered office at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, New Castle County.
Throughout these Terms, references to "LiteRouter," "we," "us," or "our" refer to Eqlyx, LLC, the legal entity that owns and operates the LiteRouter service. References to "you" or "your" refer to the individual or organization accessing or using the Service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Eqlyx, LLC ("LiteRouter," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of the LiteRouter website, API gateway, dashboard, and all related products and services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using any LiteRouter API key, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account and through your API keys. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
LiteRouter reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate access for any violation of these rules, without prior notice, in order to protect the integrity and safety of the Service.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit to the Service and, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the underlying model providers, to the outputs generated by your requests. LiteRouter does not claim ownership over your inputs or outputs.

By using the Service, you grant Eqlyx, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to collect and use technical and operational data solely for the purposes of providing, securing, debugging, and improving the Service through aggregate and anonymized analytics. This data includes:
LiteRouter does not store conversation content or message history. We collect only the technical and operational data necessary to operate and improve the Service. We will never sell your personal data or operational data to third parties. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
LiteRouter offers a free plan and optional paid subscription plans. Plan limits and pricing are displayed in the dashboard and on the pricing page at literouter.com/pricing.
Billing is processed by a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Eqlyx, LLC does not store sensitive billing information such as full credit card numbers. All payments are subject to the payment processor's own terms and policies.
Refund requests may be submitted within 3 days of the purchase date by contacting [email protected]. Refund eligibility is subject to review and the policies of the applicable payment processor. Chargebacks and payment disputes are governed by those same processor policies.
You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. LiteRouter may suspend or terminate the Service for overdue payments or suspected fraudulent activity.
The Service enforces rate limits and usage quotas (including daily request limits and device limits) to ensure fair use for all users and to protect infrastructure stability. These limits are displayed in your dashboard.
LiteRouter may throttle or reject requests that exceed applicable limits or appear abusive. Excessive usage that materially harms service availability for other users may result in temporary throttling or permanent suspension without prior notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your API keys and account credentials. You must not embed API keys in publicly accessible client-side code, public repositories, or any environment where they may be exposed to unauthorized parties.
If you suspect that your API key or account credentials have been compromised, you must revoke the affected key immediately via your dashboard and generate a new one. You should also notify us at [email protected].
LiteRouter takes commercially reasonable measures to protect the Service and account data. However, you remain solely responsible for securing your own integrations, systems, and downstream applications.
Eqlyx, LLC collects and processes technical and operational data to provide and improve the Service. This includes model type, origin site, generation settings, provider error messages, token consumption, and usage patterns. This data is used for service operation, debugging, security monitoring, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EQLYX, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LiteRouter does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful content. LiteRouter does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, legality, or completeness of any AI-generated output. You must independently evaluate all outputs and must not rely on them as professional advice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EQLYX, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In all cases, Eqlyx, LLC's aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the greater of (a) the total amounts you paid to LiteRouter in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100, except where otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eqlyx, LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any content you submit to or through the Service.
Eqlyx, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email to your registered address or via a prominent in-dashboard notice.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service before the effective date.
Eqlyx, LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Account data may be deleted or archived in accordance with our data retention policies. Any accrued but unpaid fees remain due and payable.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide for different or additional protections, those protections shall apply to the extent required by law. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally before initiating legal proceedings.
Eqlyx, LLC reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue models, features, integrations, or any aspect of the Service at any time, at its sole discretion. Some models may be designated as "free" or "premium," and their availability is not guaranteed.
We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of significant changes that may affect your use of the Service, but we are not obligated to do so for minor adjustments.
